And we finally got payoff to the whole “holy shit Nihelgo looks just like Lillie, clearly that means she is an ultra beast” theory that was circling forever. Get ready for Goh to find Mew under a truck near the S.S. Anne.

Oh the irony that will be, and it's been decades and I'm still waiting for that episode where they get back to the GS Ball.

Well I am glad this got resolved now and was happy for both Lillie and Lillie, this was one of a few good story for this season.

Next episode about Satoshi as Alola champion, and here I thought they reset this achievement too

Celebi was supposed to be in the GS ball and it was supposed to be revealed in the Celebi movie, but the movie retconed it.
There are so many incomplete story lines that was be resolved this season. Ash going back for Pidgeot and Primeape would be nice. The Kalos threat can be nullified so that Greninja can return to Ash permanently. Guzma and Kukui can reconcile and become best buds again, leading to Team Skull being disbanded.

TBH they [the pokemon company] are seeing this season as the end of Ash, and they are gonna retire him and probably continue the story with Goh and his sh!ty story, and hence they have to clear all of the things of Ash to not continue them in the future.

And forget about the GS ball it has been removed from the story and it isn't relevant either, what will u do with that ball, even if we get to know what's inside it that Goh fellow will say I wanna catch it

Goh won't replace Ash. If they replace Ash, they will go about with the anime directly adapting arc from the games with the corresponding game's protagonists.

Ahm I see this ep was good enough to watch, but I wanted a little bit more emotion at least bcz of the elevation they gave bot this in aLOLa region, like if that pokemon could find where he is then y didn't it show before only like the direct way to reach that house, they were jus travelling this long period

Gs ball was so dissapoint. So many seasons wasted to hype gs ball. Finally see what is inside gs ball then they just suddenly throw whole idea away and try forget it. If remember right that gs ball was about celebi? Just wanted do some lame celebi movie instead show it on anime after all hype meh

Yeah, according to an interview with the anime staff, the original concept was to tie the GS ball into Celebi and have a whole anime arc about it. But once they solidified the idea of having Celebi star in the 4th movie, they just dumped the idea and hoped folks would forget about it.

I mean they still could goh friend is lookin for Celebi, so have him open GS Ball and him and Goh get sucked in NEVER to EVER be seen agian. Goh and his whole timeline whiped from the poekmon cannon.

I did not say Celebi did it. I said the GS Ball, Goh gets sucked into the ball he is wiped from space and time and the GS ball clicks closed No one even remembers him as he is ripped apart inside of the distorted place of the GS ball.

You actually need a lvl 100 lucario in your party that know origin pulse to attack the back left tire of the truck without moving the truck as well which is impossible unless you lift the truck and hold it in place with a crane or something while the tire gets pulsatedafiedingly...dab?

3.5 years of wait, for Lillie to get reunited with her father. This episode was absolutely heart warming.

Emotions were really strong throughout the episode, the ost when Mohr remembered everything from sun&moon was brilliant.
Uturoid was an unsung hero who got a little selfish but guess what, 2 Lillies are better than one.

But Utsuroid got demoted from a daughter to a pet LMAO
